Youtuber Spotlight: iHasCupquake
By Jada B.
Tiffany Michelle Garcia, famously known as iHasCupquake, is one of the syrupy and lovable faces of Youtube. Her Youtube career began in 2010 when Machinima introduced her to broadcasting. She was born March 19, 1988 and is currently married to her high-school sweetheart Mario Herrera, also known as Red. She has an older brother named Anthony and trails him in age by two years. Cupquake’s channels include iHasCupquake, TiffyQuake, WeAreMishMish, ToyBoxCollectibles, and ToyBoxPets. She and Red do not have children currently, but they are the proud owners of two cats named Link and Navi. Cupquake starred as Lady Shiv in Machinima’s “Counterspell” and even tested her food fighting skills on Wipeout (Season 3 Episode 16). She never made it to the Wipeout Zone, but played a tough game.
Each of Cupquake’s channels has a different purpose. iHasCupquake is her main channel and is where she posts her gaming videos. A few DIY videos are also shown there, but the majority of her DIY videos are uploaded on the TiffyQuake channel. On TiffyQuake, Cupquake also posts makeup and beauty videos. On the TiffyQuake website, Cupquake’s art is also shown. WeAreMishMish is a channel focusing mainly on Link and Navi and their cat adventures. ToyBoxCollectibles showcases different collectible toys and knick-knacks that Cupquake and Red come across. This includes items from Funko and TokiDoki. ToyBoxPets is a channel that shows off toys for pets. The first few videos focus on cat toys, since Red and Cupquake have only cats currently. The oldest iHasCupquake video shown on Youtube is an update video published November 2011. This video is not her first, however, as many people seem to think.
Currently, Cupquake’s most popular video is her Five Night’s At Freddy’s Animated Short, which has around 31,129,219 views. iHasCupquake has about 2,764,935 subscribers, while Tiffyquake has 556, 429, ToyBoxCollectibles has 144,374, ToyBoxPets has 14, 678, and WeAreMishMish has 74, 174. Cupquake is the creator of Minecraft: Oasis and Minecraft: Enchanted Oasis. She also goes head-to-head against Red in the Husband vs. Wife series. She used to have a series called The Art of Gaming with Machinima in which she interviewed gaming Youtubers and, of course, produced related art.
